¿Cuáles son los principales temas que te gusta abordar en tu obra?
Mi tema siempre será la belleza femenina, me adentro en la obra creando una emoción pictórica donde expreso un delirio sublime por la mujer, simplemente me apasiona crear algo que resalte su belleza infinita con un gran placer, más no es obsesión.
¿Cuál es el contexto en el que te gusta pintar (escuchas música, te gusta estar solo, etc.)?
Perdí la audición a los 20 años, soy completamente sordo, oigo por los ojos ya que estoy agradecido por leer los labios, esto es interesante por que mi eterno silencio logra un soliloquio tan único que me olvido hasta de mi existir sin que nada me perturbe, es algo místico entre el lienzo y mi pasión.
¿Qué artista te ha influenciado y si pudieras tener una obra de arte cuál sería?
Picasso fue de las primeros obras que contemplé en 6to de primaria, muchos pensaron que Modigliani era mi gran influencia, pero no, fue Dalí, por que amé su locura. Diego Rivera, Caravaggio, también fueron importantes para mi. Pero más aprendí de mi maestro y amigo Luis Sn Carlos. Todos son mis favoritos.
¿Cuáles son algunos de los descubrimientos en relación al arte más importantes para ti y tu trabajo?
Lo principal fue reencontrarme a mi mismo ya que me fue difícil tener un estilo propio y ser alquimista de mis obras. En la pintura no existen los límites, pero con la locura se logra lo inimaginable.
¿Cuál sería el principal consejo que darías a un artista que recién comienza?
Que nunca dejen de ser perseverantes, que nunca acepten las malas críticas, que pinten lo que les complazca a ellos mismos y sobre todo que tengan dedicación y respeto al arte. La constancia es la que al final hace todo el trabajo.
¿Cómo imaginas tu obra en un futuro?
Solo deseo que mis obras sean reconocidas, humildemente deseo ser un gran artista, recibo buenos comentarios de grandes artistas y ese es el inicio de un gran futuro.
