¿Cuáles son los principales temas que te gusta abordar en tu obra?
Los principales temas que abordo son la danza y el movimiento, trazos libres y orgánicos con mucho color, contrastes, y energía. Plasmo emociones y momentos relevantes de mi vida, buscando que las obras no se sientan estáticas sino que fluyan a través de los sentidos.
¿Cual es el contexto en el que te gusta pintar (escuchas música, te gusta estar solo, etc.)?
¿Qué artista te ha influenciado y si pudieras tener una obra de arte cuál sería?
Me ha influenciado mucho la obra de Richard Coleman por los colores que usa y la forma en que los combina. Henri Matisse también me ha aportado mucho en el uso del color, y la libertad con la que pinta Ángel Ricardo Ricardo Ríos, es de gran inspiración. Son muchos los artistas que admiro y que me gustan, si pudiera tener una obra sería de alguno de los antes mencionados, o del gran pintor mexicano Sergio Garval.
¿Cuáles son algunos de los descubrimientos en relación al arte más importantes para ti y tu trabajo?
¿Cuál sería el principal consejo que darías a un artista que recién comienza?
Hacer las obras con la mayor sinceridad posible, sin pretender ser alguien que no son, sin tratar de copiar o imitar a alguien mas, y sin tratar de agradar a nadie mas que a si mismos. Buscar su propia esencia para dar un carácter único a su obra. Confiar y creer en su trabajo, comprometerse como con cualquier otra profesión, y permanecer siempre presentes para que sucedan las cosas. Caerse y levantarse las veces que sean necesarias para poder avanzar, y si realmente es lo que quieren, no detenerse en el camino ni darse por vencidos.
¿Cómo imaginas tu obra en un futuro?
No tengo idea, tal vez evoluciona y termina siendo algo totalmente distinto a lo que hago ahora, o tal vez no, todo puede pasar y eso es lo que espero, que algo le pase, que trascienda y transmita lo que tenga que transmitir para que se complete y se cumpla su misión de haber existido en esta vida.
Sobre Mariana
Mariana Camorlinga es una artista Mexicana originaria de la ciudad de Chihuahua. Es arquitecta de profesión pero se ha dedicado a la pintura y las artes desde el 2010. En 
el 2006 obtuvo una beca para realizar un curso intensivo de pintura en Italia, y esto la hizo adentraste mas en el arte. Su obra es abstracta y sus composiciones son una mezcla entre mucho color, contraste y movimiento, provocando que no se sientan estáticas sino que fluyan a través de los sentidos. Gran parte de su inspiración está basada en la danza ya que ha sido una disciplina que ha practicado a lo largo de su vida. Es una artista emergente en desarrollo que busca en sus obras la integración entre pintura, arquitectura y movimiento dentro de una exploración espacial, y ahí nos muestra la intensidad con la que vive.
